During the 8 Days Yoga Detox Retreat we will at first start with an alkalizing diet comprised mainly of fresh fruits preparations, and vegetables raw as well as steamed, accompanied by exquisite sauces, and super healthy dips to bust your taste buds. In this way we will be gradually entering a 4 days juice fasting, that will provide loads of micronutrients, living enzymes, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, to bust your health while detoxifying. This is why it never happened, so far, that anyone ever felt hungry during the Juice Fast. We will then break the juice fast with a day of fresh fruits and superfood powered smoothies, followed by many more delicious culinary preparations.

According to scientific research both Fasting as well as Exercises stimulate the production of protein in the Brain that in turn stimulate the growth of neurons and the strength of synapses.
