For people suffering long-term chronic diseases or any stage of degenerative diseases, we need a Doctor certificate, and we need you to know that in order to re-establish your health and reverse the adverse effect of the disease, the guidelines given during the Detox Retreat need to be followed for at least 3-6 months after the retreat, with a personalized support program.

We will break the juice fast with a day of fresh fruits and super-food powered smoothies, followed then, by more delicious culinary preparations.

Scientific research proves that calorie restriction helps to extend the life-span, and retard age-related degenerative diseases. According to scientific research both Fasting as well as Exercises stimulate the production of protein in the Brain that in turn stimulate the growth of neurons and the strength of synapses.

Fasting and Graduated Fasting improves the production of new nerve cells in the hippocampus and the production of ketones, an energy source of neurons, increasing the number of mitochondria in neurons as well as in nerve cells that helps increase the ability of neurons to maintain connection between each other, strengthening all brain functions, such as memory, and enhancing the ability of nerve cells to repair DNA.

For example, our ancestors’ adaptation to long periods of food scarcity helped human evolutionary aspects as well protected against immune system damage and was conducive to immune system regeneration.
